God’ Country Muskies provides scholarship grants to inbound collegians, majoring in conservation, on a yearly basis. The support is sent directly to the school towards books and tuition.
Strain Comparison
GCM has worked with other Wisconsin chapters to determine the effects of genetic growth difference in specific strains of fish. This helps us understand growth races in specific types and size of bodies of water.
Movement Tracking
GCM has found a project with Biology Studies at UW-LaCrosse to understand migration tendencies and their transition from lake to river systems using electronic movement sensors.
